Welcome to Tech-referrals Network (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These General Terms and Conditions govern the services we provide in searching for and recommending candidates for IT jobs. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided

2.1. We offer recruitment services, including but not limited to candidate search, screening, and referral for IT-related positions.

2.2. We act as an intermediary between employers and job seekers but do not guarantee employment or candidate placement.

2.3. Our services are provided based on the specific requirements of our clients (employers) and the qualifications of available candidates.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Employers must provide accurate and complete job descriptions, including required skills, experience, and other relevant details.

3.2. Employers are responsible for making the final hiring decision and conducting any necessary background checks.

3.3. Clients must inform us promptly if a referred candidate is hired, including details of the employment agreement.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

4.1. Candidates must provide truthful and up-to-date information regarding their qualifications, experience, and background.

4.2. Candidates must notify us if they accept employment through another source.

4.3. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by candidates or their performance after hiring.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1. Our recruitment services may be subject to fees as agreed in a separate agreement with the employer.

5.2. Payment terms, including invoicing and due dates, will be outlined in the service agreement.

5.3. In the event of a dispute over fees, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the issue.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or personal information exchanged during the recruitment process.

6.2. We will not share candidate details with third parties without prior consent.

6.3. Employers must handle candidate data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1. We do not guarantee the suitability, performance, or retention of any candidate.

7.2. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from employment decisions made by employers.

7.3. Our maximum liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for our services.

8. Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice.

8.2. Any outstanding payments or obligations must be settled before termination takes effect.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.

9.2. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.

10. Amendments

10.1. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and candidates as necessary.
